HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY ORDER?

Every Kasa Studio piece is handmade to order. Please allow up to two weeks for your item to be handcrafted before shipping.

WILL MY ITEM LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?

Each piece is individually handmade. Slight variations in color, pattern, and decorative details are natural and make every Kasa Studio creation one of a kind. Your item will follow the selected design and color while remaining uniquely yours.

ARE KASA STUDIO PRODUCTS FOOD-SAFE?

Products described as food-safe are made using food-safe epoxy resin and may be used for serving and displaying food. They should not be used as cutting surfaces unless the product description specifically states otherwise.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ITEM?

Hand wash gently using mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth. Do not place resin products in the dishwasher or microwave. Avoid extreme heat and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After your item has been handcrafted, you will receive tracking information when it ships. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Because all Kasa Studio products are handmade to order, all sales are final, and returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
