First of all the owner was her own customer service which means she was very helpful and nice. I didn’t talk to her on the phone but she seemed like she would have been nice. The tray is beautiful and I am in the middle of decorating so it fit well with my furniture color. Everyone that has seen it asked me where I got it from and I told them the pictures do not do it justice but just know that it’s very beautiful and I will be ordering from Karen again.

Karen was most helpful with me on my purchase . Mail service damaged it and Karen is replacing it at no charge to me .Excellent products ,excellent customer service,excellent responses. Couldn't ask for anything more ❤️
