I love my tray! Sadly, the first one arrived broken. I know Karen was under no obligation to replace it since it was obvious by the damage to the box that try damage happened in transit, but Karen responded to my meesage almost immediately and replaced my order promptly. Her work is beautiful and her customer service is impeccable. I will order from her again.

I especially appreciated the flawless finish on the resin surface of the tray. The golden chasing around the border was also of very high quality.
The addition of extras that I didn’t expect (matching coasters, cork feet for the tray) were a welcome surprise that only added to my satisfaction.
