Sad to say this item was a large disappointment! It is similar to what i ordered but not the quality nor the appearance i hoped for.
The supporting frame has a mark all the way around it. Not attractive. The “scene”
is different than the one i chose. Also it appears that sparkle type items were added to enhance this item. Also not attractive.
As a fellow craft artist it’s difficult to criticize another artist’s work. Perhaps another audience would appreciate it more.
This item costs far too much to look poorly made. Perhaps this feedback will help improve the product.
If it is possible to get any or all of my money back that would be great!
My daughter Gaby loves it! She stated that it’s one of the nicest gifts she’s ever received; reminding her of the ocean! She also loved the name engraving. It’s just beautiful, great quality, and wonderful workmanship! Thank you so very much Karen!
