The tray is beautiful and the artist was very accommodating and responsive. She made sure I was happy.
The shipping was not her fault.it took a week for USPS to deliver the tray from FL to NC.
The reason for only 4 stars on quality is that the tray does not lie perfectly flat. If I put it on a table it rocks & spins.
UPDATE: The artist has just told me to lay the tray out in the sun for an hour to flatten it. I will try that and change my rating.
Laying the tray in the sun worked great and my tray is perfectly flat now.
