This bowl is absolutely gorgeous! It's very well made, light, but also quite study. Karen was super nice, and very good about providing updates. She also accidentally made my bowl in medium (I ordered a small size) and offered to correct it, or offer to send me the larger bowl at no extra cost, Truly 5 star customer service.
It's a beautiful piece. My biggest problem was being so excited, I couldn't figure out how to get into the box. It was wrapped and shipped very carefully.
